Solve the problems that happen between classrooms

Vero gives Australian secondary and P–12 school leaders one teacher-led active-pass view and searchable record for supervision, behaviour, wellbeing and operational follow-up.

  • One workflow for teachers
  • Live visibility for leadership
  • Searchable records when they matter

One reliable record. More confident decisions.

Each solution starts with the same simple event: a teacher authorises a student to leave class. Vero makes that movement visible while it is happening and useful long after the student returns.

  • Timestamps, destinations, duration, and staff attribution
  • Role-based access for teachers, leaders, IT, and wellbeing teams
  • Sydney-hosted primary application database; Connected sync through Wonde
How Vero protects student data

Common questions

What school problems can Vero help solve?
Vero helps Australian schools manage duty of care, emergency visibility, student separation, late-to-class patterns, bathroom vaping, vandalism, bullying, wellbeing visits, and behaviour patterns. Each solution uses the same reliable student movement record rather than adding a separate system.
Do teachers need a different workflow for each solution?
No. Teachers use the same fast pass workflow for every authorised movement. Vero turns those everyday records into live visibility, audit trails, and reports. Schools can also configure alerts for the thresholds that matter to them.
Does Vero replace our student information system?
No. Your SIS remains the source of truth. Vero Connected syncs approved student, class and timetable data through Wonde; Vero Core uses manual student-data management. Vero adds the teacher-led pass workflow and live active-pass view.
Can we start with one use case?
Yes. Start with digital out-of-class passes or one immediate challenge, then decide which other included modules fit your school. A paid one-term pilot provides a defined way to evaluate the workflow before an annual subscription.
How quickly can a school get started?
A defined pilot group can generally be live within one week, subject to school data readiness, Wonde approval and any local allowlisting. No formal teacher training is required, and there is zero ongoing IT overhead after setup.
