How long is the pilot?
One school term. That gives your team enough time to evaluate the classroom workflow, the quality of the records and the practical fit across normal school routines.
How many teachers should be in the pilot?
Choose a defined group that reflects the routines you want to evaluate, such as a year level, building or teaching team. We will help you set a useful scope during the demo.
Do we need IT involved?
Vero has no ongoing IT overhead and no app-store deployment. Vero Connected needs a one-time Wonde approval from your SIS administrator, plus any local allowlisting your school requires.
What happens at the end of the pilot?
We review the pilot against the questions your school chose at the start. If you continue, the pilot fee is credited in full toward the annual subscription and we plan the wider rollout. If not, we close the pilot and delete your data in line with the agreed process.
How is the pilot priced?
The one-term pilot is paid. If your school continues to an annual Vero subscription, the pilot fee is credited in full toward that subscription.
