Can we try Vero before committing to a full year?
Yes. Run a paid one-term pilot with an agreed staff group and real school data. If you continue to an annual subscription, the pilot fee is credited in full. Book a 20-minute walkthrough to discuss the scope.
Can we switch from Core to Connected later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. We'll connect your SIS, migrate your data, and adjust billing — no disruption to your school.
How does billing work?
Billed annually based on enrolled student count. All prices in AUD, excluding GST. We can align billing with your school's financial cycle. If numbers change mid-year, we true-up at renewal.
Is there a minimum school size?
Ask us for a quote based on your enrolled student count. The published Core and Connected prices are calculated per student.
What is Wonde?
Wonde is the read-only connector Vero Connected uses to sync approved student, class and timetable data from your SIS. Your SIS administrator approves access once; local allowlisting may also be required. There is no custom API build or ongoing integration maintenance for the school.
How do we get a quote and order?
Use the calculator above, select your school and click Create my quote. We'll create a secure hosted quote, show you the link immediately and email it to you (plus an optional CC). The quote includes the confirmed annual price, GST and validity period for your procurement process. A Vero specialist can then help with the purchase order and setup.
