A fast rollout without an IT project

Vero runs in the browser, needs no app-store deployment and has zero ongoing IT overhead. A defined pilot group can generally be live within one week, subject to your school's data access and approvals.

Your rollout timeline

Five milestones from the first conversation to an informed rollout decision.

Day 1

Demo & SIS check

In 20 minutes, we walk through the platform, confirm the available data pathway and answer your questions.

Day 2-3

SIS connection & setup

For Connected, your SIS administrator approves Wonde and student, class and timetable data syncs automatically. We configure destinations, time limits and separation groups.

Day 4

Staff walkthrough

No formal teacher training is required. An optional 15-minute walkthrough gives the pilot group context before staff learn by creating their first pass.

Day 5-7

Go live

Your pilot group starts using Vero in normal lessons. We answer questions and adjust settings where needed.

Term end

Review & decide

Review the classroom workflow, records and operational fit. If you continue, the paid pilot fee is credited in full toward the annual subscription.

What you DON'T need

Vero keeps the rollout path explicit: choose Core or Connected, define the pilot group, complete approvals and provide staff with a short guided introduction if useful.

No hardware

Vero runs in any web browser. No devices to buy, install, or maintain.

No app to install

Teachers access Vero from any device with a browser — laptop, tablet, or phone.

No formal training

No dedicated training day is required. An optional short walkthrough is available, and teachers learn by doing.

No IT project

Connected uses a one-time Wonde approval from your SIS administrator, with zero ongoing IT overhead.

No data migration

Student data syncs from your SIS automatically. No spreadsheets, no manual entry.

No downtime

There's nothing to install on school infrastructure. Go live without disrupting anything.

Onboarding

Your onboarding, our responsibility

Every school gets a dedicated onboarding contact who manages your setup from demo to deployment.

  • SIS connection and data sync verification
  • School configuration (destinations, time limits, rules)
  • Staff walkthrough (live or recorded)

Got questions? We've got answers

How long does setup really take?
A defined pilot group can generally be live within one week, subject to data readiness, Wonde approval and any local allowlisting. Wider rollout timing is agreed with your school.
What if our SIS isn't on the supported list?
We support Compass, SEQTA, Sentral, TASS, Synergetic, and Daymap via Wonde. If your SIS isn't listed, you can use Manual Import (CSV upload) or contact us — we're actively adding more integrations.
Do we need to train all staff at once?
No formal teacher training or dedicated professional-development day is required. Vero is designed to be learned in use, with an optional short staff walkthrough, product guidance and launch support available.
What support do we get after go-live?
Australian-based support via phone, email, and chat — plus on-demand help when you need it. We also provide a help centre with guides, FAQs, and video walkthroughs. If something isn't working, we fix it.
Can we roll out to one year level at a time?
Yes. A paid one-term pilot can start with a defined year level or staff group. With Connected, the student and timetable data is already synced, so the wider rollout is mainly an operational decision rather than a second data project.
Can we just use one module, like out-of-class tracking?
Yes. Every module in Vero can be enabled or disabled with one click by school leadership. Start with what matters most — like out-of-class tracking or uniform checks — and turn on more when you're ready. There's no pressure to use everything from day one.
