Your school configures the available destinations. If a staff-defined separation rule applies, Vero warns the teacher that another group member has an active pass before the teacher decides to wait or override.
Authorised staff can see the active pass — student name, selected destination, elapsed time and approving teacher. Vero does not use GPS or claim the student's physical location.
The admin dashboard shows active passes across the school in real time: who has a pass, their year level, selected destination and elapsed time.
During a drill or emergency, this live pass information can support the school's established response procedures. It shows recorded destinations, not verified physical locations.
Teacher-created passes build a searchable record. In Insights, authorised staff can review pass frequency, active duration and selected destinations over a chosen date range as context for conversations with parents and staff.
Vero Connected uses a one-time, read-only Wonde approval to sync approved student, class and timetable data. Vero Core uses manual student-data management.
