Does Vero diagnose wellbeing concerns?
No. Vero records school activity and can make selected patterns easier for authorised staff to review. A pattern is a prompt to check context, not a diagnosis, risk score or conclusion about a student.
Does Vero replace our wellbeing or case-management system?
No. Vero is a staff-facing school operations platform. It can provide relevant movement, lateness and configured wellbeing-visit records, but professional notes, case management and safeguarding processes should remain in the systems and procedures your school has approved for them.
Who can see sensitive records?
Access is controlled by school and staff role. Schools should configure access so staff see only the information needed for their responsibilities, with particularly sensitive workflows limited to appropriate authorised roles.
Can alerts be sent to the right staff member?
Yes. School administrators can configure thresholds and route alerts to roles such as year, house, wellbeing or leadership staff. Alerts surface a record for review; they do not make a decision about the student.
Do students need a Vero account?
No. Vero is staff-facing. Teachers and other authorised school staff create and manage records; students do not receive Vero accounts or passwords.
How can a wellbeing team evaluate Vero?
