Clear costs. A practical rollout.

Vero gives business managers a straightforward way to assess, procure and support student-movement software — without new hardware, school-managed servers or a formal teacher-training program.

A smaller operational footprint

Vero is a managed, browser-based service. Your school retains control of scope and configuration while Vero looks after the application infrastructure.

No infrastructure project

Vero runs in a modern browser on the devices your staff already use. A connected setup uses read-only data from your SIS through Wonde, so there is no custom integration to build or server to maintain. Your school still approves the connection and any network allowlisting it requires.

  • No school-managed servers or app deployment
  • Read-only SIS connection through Wonde
  • Existing Google or Microsoft staff sign-in supported

Choose the scope your school needs

Movement passes, lateness, uniform and values workflows can be configured around the school’s operating model. Start with a defined problem rather than committing staff to every module at once.

  • Modules can be enabled or disabled
  • School-defined destinations, limits and alert rules
  • One staff-facing platform for enabled workflows

Records when they are needed

Authorised staff can search and export time-stamped records for an operational review or school conversation. That replaces ad hoc paper trails without turning every record into a separate administration task.

  • Searchable time-stamped records
  • Role-based staff access
  • Export available for authorised school use

A buying process without hidden assumptions

The pilot, rollout effort and ongoing responsibilities should be clear before your school commits.

20-minute first look

Use the demo to test the workflow, ask commercial questions and decide whether a pilot is worth considering.

One-term paid pilot

The pilot runs for a school term. Its fee is credited in full towards the annual subscription if your school continues.

No formal teacher training

The core workflow is designed to be learned in use, with a guided introduction and support available.

Public trust information

Security, privacy, service-provider and integration information is available before procurement approval.

From evaluation to a school decision

A term gives your team enough time to evaluate fit without pretending that a pilot is a free trial.

1

Define the scope

Choose the workflow, staff group and decision criteria your school wants to evaluate.

2

Run a school-term pilot

Configure Vero, introduce the short staff workflow and use it under normal school conditions.

3

Review and decide

Assess operational fit against the criteria you set. If you continue, the pilot fee is credited in full towards the annual subscription.

Questions from business managers

Commercial and operational details for a first evaluation.

Is the pilot free?
No. A Vero pilot runs for one school term and is paid. If your school continues with an annual subscription, the pilot fee is credited in full towards that subscription.
What does our IT team need to do?
Vero is hosted and browser-based, so there are no servers, apps or devices to deploy. A connected setup requires approval of the read-only Wonde connection and, where your network policies require it, allowlisting Vero domains and email senders. See the IT overview for the technical detail.
Will teachers need a formal training session?
No formal teacher training or professional-development day is required. The everyday workflow is intentionally short, and Vero provides a guided introduction and support material for staff who want it.
Can we begin with a limited scope?
Yes. Schools can choose which Vero modules are enabled and establish their own destinations, limits and alert rules. That makes it possible to begin with the operational problem you are evaluating and add other workflows later.
What information is available for procurement review?
Vero publishes its security approach, Privacy Policy, integration information and pricing pathway. We can also answer school-specific technical or procurement questions during a 20-minute demo.
